STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

1. Student registering for the congress only can stay between 02-08 September 2012 at the İstanbul Technical University Maslak Student Residences accross the Venue at Maslak area, for 10 €/day. Number of beds available are limited.

Accommodation dates are between September 2^th, 2012 and September 8^th, 2012. The online reservation system will not accept other requested accommodation dates. Pre and after bookings other than this dates are subject to hotel availabilities, please directly contact with info@foodmicro2012.com

For Non-guaranteed rooms;
After filling the accommodation form for these other hotel options, you can contact with the hotel directly. According to the hotel availability at your requested dates, hotel will make your reservation and send you confirmation. PLEASE NOTE THAT THİS OPTION IS NOT OFFERED THE GUARANTEED ROOMS DEPENDS ON HOTEL AVAILABILITY.


CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION
“GRAND CEVAHIR HOTEL”

A written notice of cancellation must be sent to Zed Event Management & Consultancy
via e-mail info@foodmicro2012.com or fax: +90 312 219 57 01

• For registrations and accommodation cancellations before August 1, 2012 a cancelation fee of 20 % of the registration will be charged. Accordingly, the remaining 80% of the registration fee will be invoiced.
• For registrations and accommodation after August 1, 2012, the full registration fee will be charged and there will be no refund.
• No refunds will be made for Gala Dinner.

Terms of Payment
The participation and registration fees will be invoiced to given (during registration) invoicing address. Invoices will be distributed on-site at the information desk.
